Terms and conditions

Items damaged, altered, or abused after delivery to the customer cannot be returned. However, you may return or exchange helmets that have been damaged during delivery by reporting such damage to us at customercare@skullytechnologies.com within ten (10) days of receiving the item.

-“Make It Right” campaign helmets may not be returned for a refund.

- Final sale Items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.



  1. Limited time offer. 

  2. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion.

  3. New customers only – offer cannot be applied to existing orders in the delivery queue.

  4. Valid credit card or Apple Pay account required for ordering.

  5. First 1/3 payment charged upon order, second 4 weeks after ordering, third 8 weeks after ordering.

  6. Make-It-Right Partial orders are not eligible.

  7. Standard order return policies apply.

  8. Shipping and handling fees of $250 for international customers cover shipping and handling to country of destination.  This cost is built into the three payments. International customers are responsible for in-country taxes and import duties.

  9. Helmet cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.

  10. SKULLY Technologies reserves the right to deactivate the helmet if balance is not paid in full.
